For the next 6 weeks, Paul Ocho Lee will be getting ready for his 1st amateur Mixed Martial Arts fight with Sam Kleege at the Sept 14 Gladius Fights VII card held On Center Crouse Hinds Theater, Syracuse, NY.
Please come out and help Paul get ready for this event by bring your mouth guard and head gear every class.
If you are interested in getting in shape and possibly competing, please consider Fusion Mixed Martial Arts. We are, unlike most Mixed Martial Arts gym. We are dojo (Japanese word for training hall) first and foremost. With the right Budo spirit the students than proceed to take on competition that is appropriate to their level.
Competition is a form of expression, nothing else. Is not appropriate to use competition to stroke your ego or validate your training.
