I just finished my Judo 1 course at Finger Lakes Community College with Sensei Phu and I have to say, it was exceptional! Not only does he cover self-defense that you can use in real life but he finds creative ways to apply that knowledge else where.
I would definitely recommend him to beginners and advance martial artists alike.
