I met Mong at the Metro YMCA in Toronto. At that time I actively lift weights but getting bored of my routines. Mong had me tried Judo but wasn’t interested much because I hate losing with the smaller guys. But Mong was resillient that I keep training because I was picking up the techniques pretty quick. Weeks past and consistent training, Mong brought me to a Brazillian Jui-Jitsu school, which I had no Idea that Mong was exposing me to the grappling world.

I recently competed at the 2010 Mundial in California and had some success. I was very greatful to Mong that he opened my eyes, not just wrestling but the way I present myself. I felt more stronger than I was a teenager and balance my thinking pattern.
