As some of you know, I work a lot on the computer. As a graphic/web designer I need access to the internet. I recently subscribe to the Verizon Wireless Broadband service. Due to where I live (I live in a rural area) I am not able to get high speed internet access.

What a surprise when I got my second bill!! I went over the allowed 5 gigabytes of usage a month. I am super piss, the VZAccess Manager Card that I use to connect to the Verizon Wireless Broadband indicate that I only use 3134.8 megabytes of usages. That is a huge discrepancy.

Check out the email I sent to Verizon Customer Service

This is BS, on my VZAccess Manager from June 23, 2008 to July 22, 2008 it shows 3134.8 mega bytes usage, and on my cell bill it shows 5249 mega bytes of usage, that is a huge discrepancy. I will now have to pay a $32.25. I understand there might be some inaccuracy. But for that match difference, that is a problem. If this is some kind of scam, I will complain to the BBB. I will post it on my blogs/website, and everywhere on the internet. And if this continues, I will file a complaint to Attorney General.

I am going to see what happen from here. More than likely they will give me a generic form replied. If that is the case, I will follow up with my treat, and also concern my service.
